Who Can Play for Badgers?
Anyone who is homeschooled and under the age of 19 as of August 1 of the upcoming school year. We offer boy's teams as well as girl's teams. Badgers Athletic Association is a member of Michigan Home School Sports Association (MHSSA) and follows their participation rules. You can visit the MHSSA website at www.mhssa.org
Where are the badgers located?
Practices and home games are in Big Rapids, Michigan.
how long is a season?
Practices start in October. Games start in November or December and continue on through February.
How much does it cost?
The registration fee varies for each age group and will be provided at the start of the registration. Feel free to contact us for more information.
When does registration start?
Registration opens in July
Who do the badgers play against?
The Badgers play against other homeschool teams and private schools in the area.
Is basketball the only sport?
Basketball is currently the only sport the Badgers Athletic Association provides.
